Barstow Community College (BCC) is notifying you of changes to the University of California (UC) and the California State University (CSU) system-wide regulations in regards to Online Science Labs.
BCC wants students who enrolled in our online science labs to satisfy major requirements for Biology and Chemistry transfer programs to be aware that UCs, CSUs, and other transfer postsecondary institutions may not accept this course. Students majoring in Biology and Chemistry are most impacted and encouraged to verify the online science lab(s) are eligible to meet degree major requirements with their transfer institution. Depending on the institution, students may be able to transfer the course as a general education science requirement.
