Barstow Community College is proud to congratulate Benjamin M. Satterwhite on completing his Career Training Certificate in Customer Service on September 15, 2026!
By completing three foundational, non-credit Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses, Ben has taken a massive step forward in his academic and professional journey:
- CBIS 101 – Digital Literacy: Mastered essential computer concepts, operating systems, internet safety, and industry-standard applications like word processing and spreadsheets.
- CUST 100 – Essential Skills: Developed critical workplace strengths, including ethical decision-making, oral and written communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration.
- CUST 100 – Customer Service: Learned vital strategies for building strong client relationships, understanding diversity, and delivering exceptional service across any industry.
Ben credits these basic skills courses with preparing him for the demands of higher education. Eager and excited for what lies ahead, he is now continuing his studies at Barstow Community College with his sights set on earning a degree in Business.
