The Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) is a regional tuition savings program administered by the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE). Through WUE, eligible students from participating western states and U.S. territories may receive reduced nonresident tuition at participating colleges and universities.
Barstow Community College participates in the WUE program. If you are a resident of a participating WICHE state or territory, you may qualify for reduced nonresident tuition.
What You Need to Know
