Alternative: Library Resources (ZTC)
Proquest Ebrary College Complete is the ideal academic electronic book collection for student research needs. With this product, you have access to a large collection of material spanning a healthy cross-section of topics with content compatible on almost any device.
ProQuest textbooks aren't OER, but you can download most of the books and chapters as PDFs and provide either that or a link to your students. There's no limit on how many students can view a book at once. This is a good idea for supplemental material if you've chosen an OER and it doesn't cover everything, or if there simply is no OER out there. Using this material would qualify as Zero Textbook Cost (ZTC).
