Official transcripts are ordered through Parchment. Electronic delivery is the fastest option when available, and you can track your order directly through Parchment.
Transcript Processing Times
Parchment transcript requests are typically processed within approximately 2 business days.
Transcript requests for records prior to 1993 may require approximately 15 working days.

Letter of Non-Attendance
If you applied to Barstow Community College but never enrolled and need proof of non-attendance, complete the Enrollment Verification Request form and submit it to Admissions & Records.
Do not order a transcript for non-attendance verification.

If you requested an official transcript to be sent to another institution and later discover an issue, such as delivery problems, incorrect information, or missing records, do not submit a new transcript request.
