The Foster & Kinship Care Education (FKCE) program provides quality education and support opportunities for caregivers of children and teens in out-of-home care so that the providers (parents) may meet their educational, emotional, behavior needs. Services are open to the public (18+ years) at no cost. A Certificate of Attendance will be provided after the successful completion of the workshop series.
