BARSTOW, January 25, 2024- This morning, the Barstow Police Department responded promptly to a 911 call reporting a potential threat of a weapon on the Barstow Community College main campus.
Upon receiving the call, officers, school administrators, and faculty swiftly initiated a coordinated response, prioritizing the safety of students and staff/faculty. In an abundance of caution, the building where the threat occurred was placed on a shelter in place until 10:30am.
