FKCE Current Class Schedule

 For general information regarding workshops, please call 760-252-2411 x7376. All of the classes listed in this schedule meet the criteria for San Bernardino County’s emotional behavioral training and for Los Angeles County’s “D” rate training. All training must be selected based on the individual needs of the foster/kinship child. Please discuss any additional training issues with your Children and Family Services (CFS) worker or the Specialized Care Facilitator as needed. For Specialized Care Rate information for San Bernardino County, contact Elaine Bobadilla at 909-891-3621.

The FKCE Program provides quality education, supports opportunities for caregivers of children and youth in out-of-
home care so that providers may meet their educational, emotional, behavioral needs. Services are open to the
public (16+ years) at no cost. For questions or more information please email fkce@barstow.edu
You will receive a confirmation email with procedure and details to participate in the workshop.
A certificate will be provided within 5 business days, after completing workshop and submitting required paperwork.
